Becoming a Registered User

Step 1: Visit Website to Register

Visit the Tender for Us website (https://www.tenderforus.com) and click on the "Company Registration" button to register your company.

Step 2: Fill in the required information.

Ensure all mandatory fields are completed.

Step 3: Receive Registration Status Update

After submitting your registration, an email will be sent to you, providing an update on the status of your registration.

Searching and Registering Expression of Interest (EOI) for Tender

What is an Expression of Interest (EOI)?
An EOI is a preliminary step where you indicate your interest in participating in an upcoming tender. It helps organizations gauge potential participants' interest and capabilities to complete the tender. In summary, submitting a tender EOI shows your intention to participate in the tender, grants access to essential tender information and updates and keeps you eligible for further consideration.

Step 1: Log in to your Tender for Us account.

Use your username and password to log in.

Step 2: Navigate to the "Tenders" section.

Access the "Tenders" section of the website.

Step 3: Use search filters to narrow down your search.

Apply filters based on criteria such as location, date range, or keyword.

Step 4: Review and select a tender.

Click 'View Details' to see the tender that matches your interests.

Step 5: Submit Your EOI

Click on the 'Submit EOI' button, fill in, and attach the required information to register your EOI for the tender.

Step 6: Obtain Verification Code (If Required)

After filling in the required information, click "Next" to receive a verification code sent to your registered email address, which is used to submit your tender EOI.
NOTE: Certain tender EOIs may not require the verification code step. If not needed, proceed to Step 7.

Step 7: Tender Owner Review

Once submitted, the owner of the tender will review your EOI submission and update its status accordingly. They will carefully evaluate your submission and provide any necessary feedback or notifications.

Step 8: Check EOI Submission Status

To check the status of your EOI submission, navigate to the "My Tenders" tab. You'll find three sections: Approved Tender EOI, Pending Approval Tender EOI, and History. Regularly checking these tabs will keep you informed about the progress and status of your EOIs.

Tender Response Submission

Step 1: Log In to Your Account

Use your username and password to log in to your Tender for Us account.

Step 2: Access "My Tenders"

Navigate to the "My Tenders" section.

Step 3: View Approved EOIs

Go to the "Approved Tender EOI" section to view EOIs that have been approved. Note that you can only submit a tender response for approved EOIs.

Step 4: Pay Fees Before Accessing Documents

Before viewing or downloading tender documents, ensure that all fees (if any) are paid.

Step 4.1: Make Payment

Select any fee and proceed to make payment.

Step 4.2: Choose Your Payment Type

Select the payment type of your choice.

Step 5: Access Tender Documents

After making the payment, you can view or download the tender documents.

Step 6: Submit Your Tender Proposal

Navigate to "Tender Submission" and select an approved tender EOI to submit your tender proposal or response.

Step 7: Upload Documents and Verify Submission

After filling in the required document details and uploading the necessary files, get the verification code via email and input the code to submit the tender response.

Step 8: Manage Your Tender Submission

After submitting the tender response, you can view, resubmit, or upload another response as required. Ensure your submission is made before the tender closing date.
